Jolly’s has three locations in Taipei. We went in a small group of four to the location near Ximen. The overall experience was nice. They have beer, small cocktail list, soda, etc. The food they serve is strictly Thai food dishes. They have TV’s playing sports and music playing in the background. We noticed they played English songs from 90s/00s/Today.

Price: As you can see on their website it is not a place if you want to get a cheap beer or something. I think it was decently priced but beware of the 10% service charge. The food was relatively expensive in my opinion but not surprisingly given the area of Ximen.
Beer: The wide variety of their beers is what I think makes this place special. Their six beer sampler contains all six of their beers including their special brew. All the beers have as I can tell a different taste and vary in alcohol content. I will be honest I am not a beer drinker, but I really enjoyed the Pale Ale, Scotch Ale, and that day’s Special Brew. (Pale Ale was my favorite of those three.)
Food: We did not order any. Appetizers that complement their beer selection is what I think is truly lacking at this brewery. No small and cheap things like fries, chips, etc.
Facilities: I did not use the facilities at this location, but none of my friends complained so I figure they must be up to public/restaurant standard. Don’t drink too much though cause the restroom is on the second/third floor.
Verdict: I think its a cool place to visit with a small group of friends not looking for heavy drinking. It is a nice social area for talking, plus the tables and chairs in the bar area are comfortable. I recommend you go try their six beer sampler (~NT$300) but don’t go here hungry.
Note: Exit Ximen MRT #4 walk straight but it will be on the opposite side of the street Exit 4 is on.
