Lin Family Mansion & Garden “The Lin Ben Yuan Family Mansion and Garden in Banqiao District, New Taipei City, Taiwan was a residence built by the Lin Ben Yuan Family. It is Taiwan’s most complete surviving example of traditional Chinese garden architecture.” (Their Website)

Transportation:  The garden is easily accessible from the Blue Line MRT Stop Fuzhong (府中）From there you can easily walk along the street to the entrance.

Cost: FREE!

Facilities: I did not use them, but I believe they have restrooms on the site.  Beware of the railings around the water they are not very strong so don’t lean on them!

Note: This is a great place to go in a small group and its nice for pictures on a cool day.  Their are many ponds so bring your bug spray.  Much of it is outside, I wouldn’t recommend visiting in the rain.
